The book highlights 42 snowshoeing trips, mostly simpler trips, from in-town parks to flood control dam projects. DiPaola has been skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking in Vermont’s Green Mountains for over 40 years. He is also experienced in winter hiking in New Hampshire’s White Mountains.
